Temporary, yet highly experienced assistance with start- up requirements can eliminate much of the pressure and significantly impact the lasting impression with a new customer. It can set the tone for the remainder of your contract.

An established contract can experience difficulties especially following a significant change in administration or shift in requirements. Such changes can often cause turmoil within your program. They may be unsure of the next steps to regain a smooth working relationship with the customer.
